Can I try HIPPOTYPOSE for free?
Yes, we offer a free trial so you can test the platform with your own cases. Request a demo and we will open an account with no commitment.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves you around 9% compared to monthly. You pay once at the start of the year. Monthly billing is month-to-month, charged each month, no commitment.
Why is the veterinarian price higher than the farrier price?
The veterinarian plan includes advanced clinical features: medical imaging integration (DICOM), prescriptions, diagnostic nerve blocks, complete dynamic exams, expert report generation. The farrier plan focuses on shoeing, act traceability and collaboration.
Are prices shown excluding or including VAT?
All our prices are shown in EUR excluding VAT. French VAT (20%) applies to customers billed in France. European customers with a valid intra-community VAT number benefit from reverse charge.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account, with no fees or delay. Yearly subscriptions run until their end date and don't auto-renew.
Is there a multi-site or large-organisation plan?
Yes, for multi-site clinics, veterinary schools or farrier workshops with more than 5 users, contact us for a tailored offer.
